“TINGIRANA RESORT” - completed in 2000
This resort was redeveloped in 2000 and Noosa HiFi had the privilege to be chosen to provide a number of services during the construction. Access control for the entire resort was the prime service. Guests and staff have proximity cards rather than keys to enter the areas that are authorised for them. The audio/visual intercom, covers entry points at the beach and driveway, where staff may allow access to authorised people that don’t have a prox card with them.

The colour CCTV system views the entire underground carpark and has 24/7 recording of events that transpire down there.

The suites are fitted out with home entertainment systems to suit each room, with audio in the ensuite of the beachside rooms.

“No1 HASTINGS STREET RESORT” - completed in 2001
The security for the carpark, lifts and suites is provided by a Concept 4000 access control system and all doors have proximity card readers rather than key access.

“PICTURE POINT TERRACE RESORT” - completed in 2005
All of the apartments and common areas for guests are secured by a Concept 4000 access control system, using proximity cards to open authorised areas for each individual user.

The Aiphone digital intercom system provides communication from each room to door stations at three location in the resort, to allow access for visitors.

The CCTV system covers carparks on both levels and records events on a DVR in the managers office.
